id probly have to get approval from him before i got a vapor, im leaning towards the CX just cuz its smarter and they have brand new ones on here...im gunna grab a fix for everything else besides aggresive freeriding
You said the T6 doesn't, which is correct. Obviously.
The vapor has the ICS... I think I remember you saying otherwise earlier.
But I love steeeze's review. Why spend a grand on a burton board that's great at one thing and meh at everything else. Just get a good all mountain board (a nanner??) and call it a day. Who cares if you can whip through a run a bit quicker?
ok the vapor would have to be a blem cuz they dont got my size here but still...im itching to try a thousand dollar board...300 bucks more than CX is bound to make some difference
Custom X or Vapor........
Custom X looks perfect basically but i could get the vapor on here for cheap cheap or a blemished one for chump change, and i want to see what the heck burtons THOUSAND DOLLAR board is all about, but only having to pay the price of a mid range deck
Foursquare definitely fucked up too. But I was talking to some dude on live chat and he's like...
"Oh we take photos of everything ourselves when we first get it."
So I called him out and said a lot of the shit is the stock photo from the manufacturers website. I never got a response to that, bastards.
The orange pants were bright as hell but I kinda liked them and all reguardless. I just don't think I'm good enough to be wearin a neon sign around all day that says "LOOK AT ME!!!"
its not backcoutrys fault, its foursquares...i got the brilliance pants and they looks nasty pale yellow in the pics (on both 4SQ's site and BC) and they are actaully BRIGHT! neon yellow
They look noooooothing like the pictures. First I got the 'blaze leaf' which turned out to be 'construction worker vest' orange. So I returned them for the 'oxford tan' which really meant khaki. Fortunately the second pair ended up matching the jacket so I kept up.
But come on, how hard is it to photograph your products correctly?
i went up one spot on BC too, all ur guys helpful voted helped a whole frikkin lot! so what what, thank you. Im glad i jumped in at the very start of the black list cuz its hard to get to the top if you start in late, and the whole ranking rejiggering was a perfect way to even it out
#1 on the blacklist, what what. Good job man. Well on dogfunk anyways...
i got a friend with some huge property and is no stranger to doin crazy stuff with snowboards off the snow...maybe do it there. and of course all frieds of this site would be welcome at anytime
thats pretty rad too, dude the homeowners associatiation ruins my life all my sweet ideas just lead to citations :(
im rippin out all the sodd in my back yard and the result is just a TON of fill dirt basically, that i could probably build a decent sized roll in to kicker, with stairs and everything, right in the back yard...then just put somethin on it so not to destroy my board...stupid Homeowners association would never let it slide
nah i probs should have though i need a new lens for mine cuz i broke it at keystone, hahaha i wish, the shop i work at is a skatepark too and we're planning on getting some astroturf to put down and sesh some of the ramps and rails
did you pick up those rouges? i remember you sayin you loved em, thats a GREAT deal on them too...im not gunna pull the trigger on em just yet cuz im saving for hardgoods.
and theres been times when i was tempted to just empty a big room in the house and turn it into a little snowboard playground...in another life maybe..........................
the blacklist just got like turned upside down...they took all the peoples reviews that are like 5 years old and have been collecting helpful votes all that time, and deleted all those helpful votes. makes tons of sense because some people were pretty far up there just because they wrote a few really good reviews like 3 years ago...sweet stuff BC/DF
we do that at the shop i work at all the time
to test the flex of my boards and stuff, nothin wrong with that...heck at one of my local shops in august the guys there were strapped up and jibbing (to the best of their ability with no momentum) a bench they had laid welcome mats on, it was sick!
Got my DC denim's today and they are awesome. I can't wait to wear that shit out next year and get all the 'wtf are you wearing jeans out for?' comments.
New board, new bindings on the way, new pants... I almost feel like strapping everything on (board included) and hopping around my house for the day.
thats actually a REALLY good item to have on here. the redicuous retail price is well, rediculous!!!!...but here its at a price most people can handle, especially people like me who need really comfortable bindings
...now granted im getting a new pair of bindings very soon so i didnt pick it up, but its a logical choice for people who paid for say the customs, love the price and performance, but hate the comfort. thats my story, if i wasnt sending the customs back and goin EST, i would have picked up the strap in a second
